How did we make a game inspired by a gif?


Friday, quarantine lock-down. It was boring and depressing. But all of a suden, my friend texted me and like "dude, let's make a game on on the weekend", and I replied "but, what's the idea?" and he just sent me this:

And I like "say no more, friendo".  That's how Ratpooper was created.


In the game player faces the challenge of eating every seedbed in the goddamn vegetable garden, and at the same time poop around, or you're more likely to explode from the amount of shit inside you. There are lots of traps everywhere and ways to disable them to savor some good cheese. But farmers aren't likely to let that happen, he-heh. I've always wondered how simple idea generation can be at times. All you have to do is just relax, release your consciousness and look around. Like in our case, watching memes isn't such a useless thing :')
